9. Discharging heat into the river water will cause the river water temperature to rise, algae to reproduce, and potassium cyanide to increase the death of fish and fungi, causing ecological damage. In some places, environmental protection has been included in the prohibition system.

Relative to the ethylene glycol ice storage dual-mode system, the equipment is canceled:
1. Cooling water pump (accounting for about 13% of the total power consumption of the system)
2. Glycol water pump (accounting for about 3% of the total power consumption of the system)
3. Base load chilled water pump (accounting for about 3% of the total power consumption of the system)
4. Plate heat exchanger (reduce investment)
5. Evaporation temperature (-10~-15℃),
6. Cooling tower (condensation temperature 40℃)
7. The amount of ethylene glycol, pipeline valves and installation work is reduced.
(1) Provide 0-12C low temperature ice water----external ice melting type.
(2) The structural design is reasonable and compact, the icing rate (IPF) is above 90%, and a 10mm ice melting channel is left.
(3) The container-type structural design has high pressure-bearing strength, and the appearance is decorated with reinforced color steel plates and has a beautiful appearance.
(4) The outer surface of the box is made of high-performance 10 cm polyurethane foam insulation, which has good thermal insulation performance and small cooling loss. No special machine room is required and no machine room construction investment is required.
(5) The ice storage coil is optimized and improved in design. After forming, the entire ice storage coil is treated with anti-corrosion spray paint to have strong anti-rust ability.
(6) The ice storage tubes are arranged optimally, with large ice storage capacity and optimal ice melting efficiency, with the ice extraction rate reaching 100%.
(7) It can be switched to direct evaporation and direct cooling with the host machine, and the system is simple.
(8) For fast-cooling low-temperature ice water for food and medicine at 0 to 2°C, the ice water tank is equipped with an air agitation coil and equipped with a Roots blower to obtain high peak and low water temperature cooling output.
(9) Factory standardized production, container shape, quick installation, can be used after hoisting.
(10) The ice storage capacity of a single unit is 20 to 100 tons, and the ice storage capacity is 2,000 to 10,000KW.
Advantages compared to water storage systems:
Compared with water thermal storage, ice phase change thermal storage can reduce the storage volume by more than 8 times, and can significantly reduce the weight of the storage system. Therefore, ice phase change thermal storage has broad market prospects. According to domestic and foreign experience, when the peak-to-valley electricity price is 3:1, the phase storage ice-changing system can be considered.
