1. Advantages of sewage source heat pump system
(1) Urban sewage source heat pump air conditioning technology can realize winter heating, summer air conditioning, year-round domestic hot water supply (a very cheap hot water supply solution), and partial free domestic hot water supply in summer. Urban sewage heat pump air conditioning is a high-tech technology with energy saving, environmental protection and economic benefits, and is in line with the sustainable development strategy of the economy and society.
(2) The urban sewage source heat pump unit uses sewage as a cold and heat source. In winter, it collects low-grade heat energy from sewage. With the help of the heat pump system, it consumes part of the electric energy (1 part) and supplies the obtained energy (more than 4 parts) to indoor heating. ; In the summer, the indoor heat is taken out and released into the water to achieve the purpose of summer air conditioning. It has the following characteristics:
1) Significant environmental benefits
The sewage source heat pump is a heating and air conditioning system that uses sewage as a cold and heat source to convert energy. When providing heating, the boiler room system such as coal, gas, and natural oil is omitted, and there is no combustion process, which avoids smoke pollution; when providing cooling, the cooling water tower is omitted, avoiding noise and mold pollution from the cooling tower. It does not produce any waste residue, waste water, waste gas and smoke, and has significant environmental benefits.
2) High efficiency and energy saving
In winter, the sewage temperature is higher than the ambient air temperature, so the evaporation temperature of the heat pump cycle increases and the energy efficiency ratio also increases. In summer, the temperature of sewage is lower than the ambient air temperature, so the condensation temperature of refrigeration is reduced, making the cooling effect better than that of air-cooling and cooling tower types, and the unit efficiency is improved.
3) Stable and reliable operation
The temperature of sewage is relatively stable throughout the year, and its fluctuation range is much smaller than the fluctuation of air. It is a good heat source for heat pumps and cold sources for air conditioners. The relatively constant temperature of the water body makes the operation of the heat pump unit more reliable and stable, and also ensures the efficiency and economy of the system. There are no difficult problems such as defrosting in winter with air source heat pumps.
4) One machine has multiple uses and has a wide range of applications.
This heat pump system can provide heating, domestic hot water supply (free in summer), etc. One machine has multiple uses. One system can replace the original two devices or systems of boiler and air conditioner.
2. Operating principle of sewage heat pump
(1) Operating mechanism
The main technical principle is the operating mechanism of a heat pump, which transfers heat or cold from sewage to the building. It can be divided into three energy transmission and transfer processes:
1) The sewage transfers cold heat to the refrigerant through the heat exchanger or evaporator. Or direct transfer, that is, the sewage directly enters the evaporator or condenser; or indirect transfer, that is, the sewage first transfers cold heat to clean water, and then the clean water enters the evaporator or condenser.
2) The refrigerant transfers and converts heat between the evaporator and condenser. The refrigerant absorbs external heat in the evaporator. After evaporation, it is sucked and compressed by the compressor and becomes a high-temperature, high-pressure gas. After the gas enters the condenser, it transfers heat out through the condenser.
3) The heat discharged from the condenser will heat the anaerobic pool, aerobic pool, etc.
In the process of energy transmission and transfer, the energy input-output ratio of the heat pump unit can reach a maximum of 4.4, that is, when the input electric energy of the motor is 1kcal, the energy obtained from the terminal system is 4.4kcal. A small amount of electric energy is consumed in the entire process, and the energy of sewage is greatly utilized to achieve the purpose of energy saving. The refrigeration process is the reverse process of the heating process.
(2) Process flow
In order to realize this energy transmission and transfer process, several circulation systems of hot and cold media are required, including:
1) Sewage water intake and drainage system, this system is an open system.
2) Reclaimed water circulation system, this system is a closed system.
3) Terminal circulation system, this system is a closed system.
